LIMITATIONS

  •  Approvers can be re-added directly, Once removed,. 

  • The "Add Approver" button remains active for all users. 

  • Only the requestor can remove an approver. 

  • ​Notifications will be sent in a single instance after finalizing the approvers. No additional notifications can be triggered once the Notify button is clicked, even if more approvers are added later.

  • ​Approvers who have been assigned but have not yet been notified can still access and view the item content if they navigate to it directly.

Getting Started with Power Check

Installation

Open the App Marketplace and search for Power Calendar.
Click Install to add the app to your workspace.

Add a Title

Open the app in Item View to manage and track your approval process seamlessly.

           Status Updates & Feedback 

  • If all approvers approve, the status updates to Approved ✅. 

  • If all reject, the status updates to Rejected ❌. 

  • If responses vary, the status remains In Pending Review⏳. 

  • Rejection comments are compiled and shared with the assigner automatically.

  • Manually set the "Approval Status" column restriction.

  • Only users with permission to configure the "Approval Status" column can remove approvers, ensuring the status updates dynamically only when an authorized user performs the action.

Commenting Rules

  • Only approvers can add comments. 

  • The assigner cannot comment but can review feedback and take necessary actions. 

  • All comments are recorded in the item updates section for transparency.  

FEATURES

Users can assign approvers from a predefined list. Each task must have at least 1 and up to 5 approvers for validation.

Approvers receive instant notifications: "This item is for your review.". Assigners can provide additional instructions or comments in an input box, visible to all designated approvers.

  • Approvers must enter a comment before they can approve or reject a request. 

  • A dropdown enables selection of Approved ✅ or Rejected ❌.
